One course of use is intended for three weeks and consists of two packs of 5 bottles each (10 bottles in total). For the first 5 days, it is recommended to drink one bottle (20 ml) once a day, preferably in the evening. After that, skip two days and start the second pack. Drink one bottle every three days. If desired, it can be taken with water. 3-4 courses per year are recommended. Once the bottle is opened, consume immediately. In rare cases, the color of the product ingredients may change or sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle, but this does not affect the quality of the product. If sediment has formed, shake the drink before consumption.
