For a flawless, streak-free tan, wax and exfoliate your body 24 hours before applying self-tanning mousse.

Pump the mousse onto a tanning mitt and apply to your body in circular motions. Use sparingly on elbows, knees, ankles, feet, and hands. Apply to clean skin, free of perfume or deodorant.

Depending on the desired result, rinse after: 1 hour for a super dark tan; 3 hours for the darkest possible shade.

Once you've achieved your desired color, rinse with lukewarm water only, without using soap, scrub, or shampoo. Rinse until the water running off your body is clear; this will ensure an impeccably even skin tone. Pat dry with a towel.
